Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve time, effort, and resources from our team, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns before requesting a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Started: If you cancel before any work has begun on your project, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
  • Service Partially Completed: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed and any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Service Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, we will first attempt to address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a partial refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-party costs (ad spend, domain registration, hosting, software licenses)
  • Custom design work that has been approved by the client
  • Monthly retainer fees for services already rendered
  • Setup and onboarding fees where work has been completed
  • Rush or expedited service charges

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

5. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel ongoing services:

  • Notify us in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
  • You will be billed for any work completed in the current cycle
  • All access to deliverables and reports will be provided upon final payment

6. Dispute Resolution
